Heinz Bähr holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Munich (TUM). At LexDellmeier, he focuses on innovation management and the protection and evaluation of intellectual property. He also provides expert, solution-oriented support and advice in the area of research, development and digitalization.
With over 25 years of professional experience, including more than 15 years with P&L responsibility in Germany and abroad at large corporations and medium-sized companies, he has an extremely broad spectrum of technical and management skills from various industries, which he applies in a targeted manner to clients.
As a passionate engineer with an entrepreneurial personality, he has a passion for complexity and supports companies in developing and advancing ideas and business models in order to implement them sustainably and profitably.
