Heinz Bähr is a graduate in mechanical engineering (in German: Diplom-Ingenieur Univ.) of the Technical University of Munich, Germany (TUM), and partner of LexDellmeier - Intellectual Property Law Firm. His focus lies in advising clients in the fields of M&A, turnaround & change management as well as restructruing including digitalization. Darüber hinaus liegt ein weiterer Schwerpunkt im research & development (R&D) as well as innovation and IP management.
With over 25 years of professional experience in Germany and abroad (including Canada and England) with large corporations (BMW, Siemens) and medium-sized companies (including AMAG Components / Gersys GmbH / Hübner Group / iprona Group), he has an extremely broad range of specialist and management skills, which he applies to clients in a targeted manner.
