Alexandra Dellmeier is an Attorney at Law (in German: Rechtsanwältin), in addition a "Cerfiied IP Attorney" (additional qualification in Germany) and founder as well as owner of the IP firm LexDellmeier in Munich, Germany. Alexandra meanwhile has over 24 years of experience in the field of IP, mainly in the fields of trademarks, designs, copyrights and licensing. Her focus lies on advising clients strategically, whereas, approx. 40% of her work is in the field of prosecution, another 40% encompasses litigation and combatting product piracy and 20% is strategic IP and project work on an international basis.

Alexandra lived in the US for a total of six years and is therefore bilingual in German and English. On an international level she received valuable practical IP training at the law firms

Heinz Bähr holds an university degree in engineering from the Technical University of Munich (TUM), with a major in mechanical engineering. At LexDellmeier, his focus is on business development, legal tech, and lean law firms. In addition, he offers operational support to medium-sized companies in the areas of sales, development, and production.

With over 25 years of professional experience, including more than 15 years with P&L responsibility both domestically and internationally at large corporations and medium-sized companies he provides an extremely broad range of technical and management skills across various industries, which he applies strategically to benefit his clients.

Heinz is a passionate engineer with an entrepreneurial spirit who loves complexity. With this momentum he helps companies to develop and advance ideas and business models so they can be implemented in a sustainable and profitable way.

As a seasoned operations executive, he understands the day-to-day challenges of running a profitable business and quickly identifies the measures needed for successful turnaround management. Elisabeth Sandmair is an economic law specialist and a trained and certified patent (IP) paralegal. At LexDellmeier she holds the position as Head of IP Administration.

She was trained in a renown IP Law Firm and therefore has excellent knowledge in the fields of trademark, design, utility model and patent law.

Besides working as an IP paralegal specialist and heading the IP administration at LexDellmeier since 2009, she is – due to her extensive knowledge – responsible to train and instruct new employees.

Docketing and monitoring of deadlines

Trademark: Identity, similarity and Internet searches

Reporting in application, opposition, appeal, reconsideration proceedings and coordination of infringement and litigation law suits

Preparation of applications of trademarks and designs in Germany, the European Union, and on an international level
